Ian Meredith is Vice President of Development & Income Properties for Dream Unlimited in Western Canada. A passionate real estate practitioner who believes strongly in the power of thoughtful design, Ian has been consulting on and developing residential and retail assets for across Western Canada for the past twenty years. Dream Unlimited is a leading Canadian real estate company listed on the TSX with more than $28B of assets under management. The company develops, manage, and invests in master-planned communities, income properties, and urban intensification. In Western Canada they hold 9,000 acres across the metropolitan areas of Calgary, Edmonton, Regina and Saskatoon. Bringing a unique multidisciplinary approach founded in long-term macro-trends, Ian oversees a full development-cycle portfolio consisting of land, retail and rental properties. Since 2019 Dream has built more than 500,000sf of retail and 550 rental units, with another 550 rentals and 90,000sf of retail currently under construction.
