Jace Jonsson is Director, Office Leasing with Oxford Properties Group, where he leads the office leasing team responsible for strategy and execution across Oxford’s Calgary office portfolio. Working closely with tenants, brokerage teams, asset management, and operations, Jace and his team focus on positioning Oxford’s downtown assets competitively, driving occupancy and supporting the long-term performance of the portfolio.

Over the course of his career, Jace has completed 3.75 million square feet of office leasing across more than 500 transactions. He is particularly focused on the continued evolution of Calgary’s AA office market, including changing tenant expectations, amenity strategy, technology, and the growing importance of creating differentiated workplace experiences within trophy office environments.

Jace was one of five recipients across North America of the 2023 NAIOP Developing Leader Award and has been actively involved with CREDA Calgary and industry mentorship initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
