Jamie Dysart is Managing Director, Mortgage Investments at KingSett Capital, Canada’s leading private equity real estate investment business co-investing with institutional and ultra-high net worth clients seeking to provide premium risk weighted returns through its various fund strategies. Jamie was formerly a Vice President, Mortgage Finance for a private Toronto based commercial mortgage lender where he was responsible for sourcing mezzanine debt and equity joint venture transactions across Canada. Prior to this, he worked as an analyst at a national commercial mortgage brokerage firm where he was responsible for underwriting, due diligence and funding for a wide variety of commercial and residential mortgage transactions. Jamie has 17 years of mortgage origination and lending experience and a deep understanding of senior and junior debt structures for income producing properties, development, and construction projects.

Founded in 2002, KingSett has raised $12B of equity for its Growth, Income, Urban, Mortgage and Affordable Housing strategies. KingSett owns interests in an $18.4 billion portfolio of assets.
