Jarvis Rouillard is Senior Vice President at PCI Developments, where he serves on the Executive Team and is responsible for the company’s acquisitions, leasing, and asset management platforms. Working closely with PCI’s investment partners, he helps shape portfolio strategy, capital deployment, and value creation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use real estate assets.

With extensive experience spanning acquisitions, development, leasing, asset management, and dispositions, Jarvis has overseen transactions and projects across Western Canada. His work has focused on creating long-term value through strategic investments, leasing execution, and active asset management.

Jarvis is a former President of NAIOP Vancouver and former NAIOP Corporate Board representative. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Urban Development Institute (British Columbia) and Arrowleaf Real Estate.
