Jaydan Tait is President and CEO of Attainable Homes Calgary, a City of Calgary wholly-owned subsidiary that creates affordable housing on development-ready land for the City and its citizens. AHC builds anything from for-sale townhouses to rental apartments to house hard working middle income Calgarians with good steady jobs but can’t find an affordable place to live in Calgary’s supply constrained housing market. Since 2003, Jaydan has worked in the development industry acquiring land, designing projects and moving great people into a variety of multifamily and mixed use projects across Calgary. Jaydan is a registered professional planner, has a master’s degree in Planning from the Faculty of Environmental Design at the University of Calgary, and teaches a course on Development & Planning at the Haskayne School of Business.
