Justin Mayerchak co-leads the Mayerchak Group at Colliers and is a founding member of the Canadian Tenant Advisory Council. With over 19 years of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in occupier representation both locally and internationally. His team has completed over 3,000 lease transactions and sold over $1B in assets nationwide. Justin is consistent member of Colliers Everest Club, recognized as the top 10% of Canadian brokers, and has received NAIOP REX Awards for Development of the Year and Office Lease of the Year on two occasions. His team handles over 50% of occupier rep assignments exceeding 10,000 SF in the suburban and beltline markets.
