Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, Kailey worked as a Senior Analyst in Acquisitions and Development at CT REIT where she was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of investment and development projects, focused mainly in the retail asset class across Canada. Kailey began her career at Ernst & Young in the real estate assurance practice, where she spent three years working on large public client engagements, including evaluation of complex corporate transactions, financial reporting and technical advisory, project budgeting and year end audit. Kailey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) as well as a Graduate Diploma in Accounting, both from Queen’s University. While at Ernst & Young, Kailey earned her CPA designation in 2017.
