Keaton is a Vice President on Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance team, within the National Capital Markets Group.

Keaton is based in Calgary, AB, and works with the NCMG in all major Canadian markets, specializing in structuring innovative capital solutions that support all real estate asset classes and strategies. He has worked with many of western Canada’s top developers and asset managers, with a specific interest in land, development, and multifamily construction and acquisitions. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield’s NCMG, Keaton worked at a Schedule 1 Bank, originating commercial real estate loans and managing a healthy and profitable portfolio across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
