Kevin Morgans, prior to joining the Avison Young Capital Markets Group in 2005, began his career in commercial real estate in 1999 in his hometown of Spokane, WA. Throughout his 24-year career in commercial real estate, Kevin has enjoyed the opportunity to be accountable to a wide range of vendors and purchasers, from high-net worth private investors, major Canadian REITs and pension funds to Court-appointed Receivers and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, for all asset types of commercial investment real estate throughout the greater Calgary and Southern Alberta markets. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, as well as a MBA from Gonzaga University (go Zags!), in addition to holding the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. Kevin is a former member of Avison Young’s Executive Committee for the Calgary office, and was a 6-year volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society (Alberta/NWT Division), which included a term as Chair of the organization’s Board of Directors.
