Laurel Edwards, P.App, AACI, is a dynamic leader in commercial real estate with over 22 years of experience in the fields of property tax consulting, appraisal, leasing, and executive management. Laurel is Vice President with Northern Property Tax Advisors, specializing in retail, and multi-family assets, and commercial and residential development sites.

Laurel earned her AACI designation in 2010, and spent many years as a Fee Appraiser, moving into the role of Managing Director of the Valuation team at an international brokerage company. Following that, she was Senior Vice President for a Private landlord in Western Canada; responsible for leasing on a portfolio of over 50 commercial and residential buildings.

In 2024, Laurel is serving on the Board of Directors for BOMA Calgary and CREW Calgary, and is the 2025 President-Elect for CREW Calgary.
