Lisa Russell has a vast real estate background in the multifamily sector, having more than 25 years of acquisition, development and management. In 2021, Lisa, in collaboration with fellow industry leaders, co-founded Unitii Corp—a visionary venture with a commitment to providing a comprehensive end-to-end real estate experience in Western Canada. Lisa assumed the pivotal role of CEO, driving the company's strategic vision forward with her extensive expertise and leadership. Lisa served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Boardwalk REIT since 2016, overseeing the REIT’s growth across Canada. Prior to becoming Senior Vice President, Lisa served as Vice President, Acquisitions for Western Canada and previously, as Director of Acquisitions at Boardwalk. Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary, and a designation as a Certified Property Manager from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. Beyond her professional achievements with Unitii and Boardwalk, Lisa Russell has also made significant contributions to the real estate community, serving as a Director for both REALPAC and the Calgary Residential Rental Association.
