Matt is the Founder & Managing Partner of Twenty Three Capital, a private industrial real estate investment firm based in Calgary and founded in January 2023. As of Q2 2026, their platform consists of two open-end funds (one Core and one Co-Investment), a closed-end value-add fund and two spec development joint ventures. Twenty Three manages non-institutional capital on behalf of over 140 Canadian family offices and other accredited investors. Matt is also a Director of Wilmington Capital Management Inc. (TSX:WCM.A) and of Brown Bagging For Calgary Kids (BB4CK). He previously served as Managing Director & SVP, Investment Sales, Calgary Brokerage for Colliers; Director, Global Energy Investment Banking for TD Securities; and in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group for National Bank Financial in Toronto covering all industries.
