Michelle Pink is a Commercial Real Estate leader with over 17 years of Commercial Real Estate focusing on Investment Sales, Asset Management and Property Tax Consulting. Her skills have focused on team building, administrative law tribunals, property tax negotiations, valuation modeling, report generation, budgeting, lease analysis, portfolio analysis, mortgage renewals, as well as sales and acquisition negotiations, modeling and due diligence. She currently holds CCIM designation and has held Board positions such as the Subdivision Development Appeal Board, CREW and local community associations. In addition to her work in Commercial Real Estate, Michelle also owns a residential portfolio of properties with her husband in Calgary.
