Nichola holds a degree in engineering and spent a decade working in construction before joining M3, giving her a practical understanding of the full project lifecycle—from early planning through to execution. Alongside the leadership team, she guides M3’s continued expansion while ensuring its work reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and collaboration.
