Phil’s primary responsibility is to drive, oversee and assist with the growth of Hopewell’s industrial portfolio in Canada & the US. Phil also manages a team that executes the leasing strategy for all development and income assets across North America. Phil brings nearly 20 years of experience within the industrial market and has gained valuable experience with a national developer, two institutional landlords and a national brokerage firm.
