Rhonda Holland is the Chief Financial Officer for MasterBuilt Hotels, the Canadian Master Territorial Development partner for Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham® and Wyndham’s ECHO℠ Suites Extended Stay. Based out of the Calgary Head Office, Rhonda manages the fiscal growth strategy of the organization and its $300M in assets, overseeing finance and treasury functions, including investor relations. Prior to engaging in the hospitality development industry, Rhonda spent over a decade in financial project management with a global engineering firm directing P3 transportation projects in the United States and with a major North American master-planned community land developer.

With a strong focus on First Nations hotel and short-term affordable housing developments, Rhonda has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, profit-and-loss leadership, and project management. Rhonda is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), graduating with a BComm in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan. Her career began in Sport Administration, managing the day-to-day financial operations for Hockey Canada through a decade of Gold medal winning performances.
