Rob joined Aspen Properties in 2004 as Leasing Manager of the Calgary office portfolio and has played an integral role in the company's growth and evolution over the past two decades. In 2018, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and became Aspen's third partner, joining Scott Hutcheson and Greg Guatto. In January 2026, Rob was appointed President of Aspen Properties.

As President, Rob provides strategic and operational leadership across Aspen's full portfolio, overseeing leasing, property management, acquisitions, and long-term asset management. He also leads the company's approach to mortgage financing, capital investment, and value creation initiatives, helping shape Aspen's long-term vision and continued growth.

Reflecting Aspen's entrepreneurial approach to business, Rob also co-founded Caret, Aspen's property technology company, which powers the platform behind the Aspen App.

Rob has served on the BOMA Calgary Board of Directors since 2016, including terms as Treasurer, Vice Chair, Chair, and Past Chair. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary.
