Rochelle Brown is the current Director of Leasing, of Retail in Western Canada at Choice Properties REIT, and has a collective 14 years of experience in the industry, working for two of the leading REIT’s in Canada. She currently oversees over 2.8 million sq. ft. of directly owned and joint venture managed sites, consisting of income producing properties & intensification opportunities. Her previous experiences extends to new development, redevelopments, and joint venture partnerships across Western Canada. Rochelle graduated from Long Island University in NYC where she completed her degrees with honors in Management, Marketing & Philosophy, while playing Division 1 golf through her collegiate years.
