Ryan Rutherford has over 10 years of experience in leasing, finance and construction and is a proven leader in the retail segment, and has played an integral role in many of Alberta’s most successful retail developments. Ryan’s expertise encompasses the entire development process from initial planning and marketing, to the final lease up and development of the project. Ryan has also advised many groups on the redevelopment/repositioning of existing retail centres and is responsible for the project leasing of several projects in Calgary and throughout Alberta. Ryan’s expertise includes the market analysis and site selection for several North America’s leading retailers, this includes the creation and execution of market penetration, networking and disposition strategies. Ryan’s area of focus includes both major and secondary markets throughout Southern Alberta.
