Simon Rainsbury is the Senior Vice President of Colliers Project Leaders in Western Canada. Simon has an innate ability to lead projects of any size from concept to completion, and to ‘think ahead’ of current activity. This capability is assisted by his design background and ability to relate to both the design team and construction personnel, which ensures that his clients are delivered a project that matches their expectation – within budget and on-schedule.

His key focus is on understanding client need and purpose behind a project – the ‘Why’. This expertise has been demonstrated in Simon’s former tenure as both Principal and Business Development Manager for Colliers Project Leaders’ western region, and his achievements have included the introduction of advisory service offerings to the Western Canadian marketplace.
