Stephen Leroux is a Director with the City of Edmonton's Assessment and Taxation branch. He oversees the annual assessment mailout for more than 430,000 properties with a combined market value over $230 billion, as well as annual tax notices which generate more than $3 billion in municipal and education property taxes. His work focuses on strengthening service delivery while helping property owners, businesses, and municipal partners navigate complex assessment and taxation issues.
