Jeff Neven is the CEO of Indwell, one of Ontario’s fastest growing supportive housing charities that creates affordable housing communities for people seeking health, wellness and belonging. In pursuit of ‘Hope and Homes for all,’ over the past 22 years Jeff and the Indwell team have grown from supporting just seven tenants to providing homes and supports for over 1,100 people within seven municipalities in Southern Ontario. Indwell currently has 670 units under construction/pre-development and builds to Passive House standards, a rigorous energy efficiency standard that assures affordability and permanency for the future. Each Indwell program offers a multi-disciplinary staff team that empowers tenants to live independently with supports, achieving their health goals and actively engaging in the life of their communities.
