As Vice President, Development with Colonnade BridgePort, Stephen oversees every aspect of development project execution, from front-end planning through approvals, underwriting, and end-to-end value creation. A skilled communicator with extensive industry knowledge, he is a rigorous, agile planner with a rare ability to anticipate challenges and maintain momentum. Stephen previously held senior management positions at Canderel, Giffels, Minto Commercial, and CBRE Project Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Gold Seal certification as a member of the Canadian Construction Association.
