Katinka Tattersall is Regional Compliance Counsel EMEA at Johnson Controls, a global company specializing in building efficiency and batteries and energy storage. Katinka spent the first 10 years of her professional career in private practice, (Buruma Maris, The Netherlands and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Brussels) before joining Solvay SA in 2003. Her first assignment at Solvay was to create a value and behavioral based competition law program. In March 2015, Katinka joined Johnson Controls.
