Hequn was formerly SVP of Iovance contributing to the first TIL therapy Amtagvi, ED of Novartis contributing to the first CAR-T therapy Kymriah, and VP of Pfizer Global Oncology R&D contributing to TCE and other immuno-oncology assets. He got his PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Rochester, and conducted postdoctoral research in the area of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UCSF.
