I have 10+ years experience in developement and manufacturing of CAR-T cells for haematological malignancies. my team was the first in Europe to launch the first ever CAR-T cell trial from designing the CAR construct through to pre-clinical developement followed by scaling up of the process to manufacturing for clinical trials. I have delivered 4 phase 1/2 clinical trials and further taken one trial through phase 3. We are now launching our first commercial CAR-T product manufactured in the UK, imminently.
