Madison has worked across a range of roles within the Biotech industry for 15+ years, including process engineering, validation, quality control, supply chain, and program management. Since 2015, he has led Program teams at Regeneron, guiding CMC development strategy from pre-IND to BLA. Madison holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Syracuse University.
