Dr. Michela Castellani-Kleinschroth is a skilled biochemist with extensive experience in engineering and project management. She was involved in planning and realization of several engineering projects for manufacturing of ATMPs, with a special focus on process development and technology implementation. Today she works as Head of MS&T at SKAN in Switzerland, where she is able to connect her strong interest in engineering and technology with her passion for science, to improve ATMP availability for patients worldwide.
