Santi is a Manager in Deloitte’s Life Sciences Advisory practice and a core member of Deloitte’s NextGen practice, focused on Advanced Therapies. A bioengineer by training, he brings over five years of experience leading global programs across the biopharma value chain – from pre-clinical R&D to commercial launch. His work centers on Advanced Therapy Manufacturing and Supply Chain, with deep expertise in scaling cell therapy platforms and implementing global operating models for some of the largest players in the industry.

Before joining Deloitte, Santi earned his M.S. in Biotechnology Management from the University of California, Irvine, and conducted research at Harvard and MIT, where he co-authored publications on the development of next-generation MRI contrast agents.
