Dr. Sarah Snykers is Head of Site Strategy & Excellence at Legend Biotech. She brings over 20 years of experience in cell and gene therapy (CGT). Prior to her current role, she served as Head of Operations at Legend Biotech in Ghent, Europe, for more four years.

Throughout her career, Sarah has led multiple departments within biotech organizations, including Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D, and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT), all supporting the clinical and commercial production of autologous and allogeneic cell and gene therapy products.

Over the past 15 years, she has played a key role in establishing three greenfield production facilities and has contributed to several global technology transfer projects supporting both clinical and commercial CGT manufacturing.
