Liz has been a Learning and Development specialist since 1987, and has held a variety of roles in the public and private sectors. Having gained hands on experience as a training practitioner in the British Civil Service, she went on to a specialist Development role for Modern Alarms, and then worked as a Training Manager for Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, establishing learning and development processes for this global business.

Liz set up Learning Processes in 2003, working as a trainer, facilitator and coach. She works directly with her own clients, and with other consultants on projects including long term management development and change projects for a number of organisations. She specialises the design of development programmes, covering both technical and soft skills training and has been training trainers for over 30 years. She works with face to face, virtual and e-learning contexts, designing and delivering learner-centred programmes that are engaging, interactive and practical.
