Course Overview

More than an academic certification or a certificate of study, developed by the Association of Business Process Management ABPMP,the CBPA® certification independently verifies that the holder possesses a solid foundation of basic competency in business process management, enabling them to stand out among their peers in the field.

The CBPA® certification is designed for BPM (Business Process Management) practitioners at the associate level. It acknowledges individuals who possess proficient skills and understanding in business process management. Delegates demonstrate their knowledge through a comprehensive examination, showcasing their grasp of business process improvement and transformation concepts as outlined in the BPM Common Body of Knowledge (BPM-CBOK®).

Prerequisites

To qualify for the CBPA® certification, delegates are required to meet one of the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of 1,250 hours (one year) of documented hands-on experience in two or more BPM disciplines, as defined by the (BPM-CBOK®)2.
• Hold a qualifying four-year college or university degree (You may substitute qualified education or professional BPM training for up to 625 hours credit towards the work experience requirement if you do not have a qualifying university degree)
