Dave is an active substance and product regulatory manager at UPL Ltd.

His core responsibilities are to achieve and maintain biocidal substance approvals and product authorisations through the preparation and management of dossier applications as they undergo evaluation according to EU and GB BPR.

Dave is currently in his 10th year as a Regulatory Manager within industry which follows 11 years' experience within a CRO managing applications for customers registering plant protection, biocides, and industrial chemicals. Prior to this, Dave worked as an aquatic toxicologist conducting studies for various chemical regulations.

Dave holds a degree in Environmental Biology.
