Team Leader, Biocides Active Substances at ECHA

With over 20 years of experience in EU policies and legislation, including 16 years in the chemical sector, I contribute to regulatory, strategic, and legal frameworks at the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). As Team Leader of the Biocides Active Substance team, my focus is on supporting the biocidal active substance process and implementing the Biocide Product Regulation, leveraging expertise in project management and dispute resolution.

Previous leadership roles involved managing multidisciplinary teams of scientific, regulatory, and technical officers, coordinating national helpdesks, and supporting candidate countries under the ECHA IPA project. My mission remains to foster effective regulatory compliance and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders while ensuring efficient implementation of chemical regulations.
