Dr. Jigarkumar R. Rana is a highly accomplished Regulatory and Ecotoxicology Professional with almost two decades of experience in environmental safety assessment, ecotoxicology, and regulatory studies supporting the global chemical and agrochemical industries. He currently serves as Assistant Director and Head of the Department - Ecotoxicology at Eurofins Advinus AgroSciences Services India Pvt. Ltd., India, where he leads GLP-compliant ecotoxicology programs conducted in accordance with international regulatory guidelines, including OECD and EPA.

He possesses extensive expertise in aquatic and terrestrial ecotoxicology, environmental risk assessment, data synthesis, scientific interpretation, regulatory-relevant reporting, and stakeholder communication. He has successfully managed and delivered complex environmental safety studies to support product registrations and regulatory submissions across multiple regions.

An experienced scientific communicator and international presenter, he has delivered presentations at numerous national and international conferences and industry forums. He has presented scientific work in Australia, Belgium, the United States, Canada, Ireland, and Japan, sharing insights on ecotoxicology, environmental risk assessment, and regulatory science.
