Simon Englebert is Of Counsel within the EU Regulatory, Competition and Trade department of Fieldfisher Brussels.

He advises companies on EU life-science and environmental legislation, ranging from REACH, biocides, agro-food to cosmetics and electronic equipment.

In particular, he helps Fieldfisher's clients to navigate the complex aspects of the EU regulatory legislation and its implementation within Member States, also including lobbying strategies and general compliance issues.

Furthermore, he is involved in the approval process of substances or products as well as in the related litigation before the European and national courts.

He is a fully qualified lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar and he is also a member of the Brussels Bar (E-list).

He is a French native-speaker, is fluent in English and has a good working level of German.
