She has over 17 years of experience in a broad range of transactions in the life sciences and technology industries, including buy-side and sell-side public and private mergers, going private transactions, de-SPAC transactions, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, spinoffs, join ventures and minority investments. Being one of the very few native Mandarin Chinese speakers in the market with extensive US public M&A experience, Ruomu is highly skilled in executing cross-border M&A/PE/VC transactions and has advised on transactions that in aggregate exceed US$70 billion.
