Dr. Xiaolu Tao, is the President of Harbour Therapeutics. Prior to joining Harbour BioMed, Dr. Tao served as Head of Clinical Pharmacology & Bioassay at Cstone. Before moving back to China, Dr. Tao worked at BMS as Clinical Pharmacology Director in the therapeutic areas of immunology and oncology for multiple innovative products.

Dr. Tao is the ICH global expert representing biotech and pharma in China. She is Member of the Drug Development Professional Committee of China Pharmaceutical Promotion Association, and Board Member of the Institute of Translational Medicines and Innovative Drugs, Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute. In 2018, Dr. Tao was honored Jiangsu May 1st Labor Medal.

Dr. Tao got PhD on Pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics from Temple University School of Pharmacy.
