Key Information

Step 1: Pay your presentation fee

  • In your acceptance email, you received a link to pay your presentation fee.
  • Question about your registration? Please email Yesenia Cortes at ycortes@ebdgroup.com

Step 2: Prepare your pitch

  • You will have 6 minutes to deliver your pitch. You may use up to 10 PowerPoint slides.
  • 1st slide – Title slide: your company name, your name, title and contact information
  • 2nd,3rd 4 - 10: content related to your pitch

Step 3: Present onsite at ChinaBio Partnering Forum

  • Pitching sessions will happen back to back with each pitch followed by a feedback session. Each company will take turns delivering their 6 minute pitch, followed by a feedback session by the judges. 
  • You can view the presenter guidelines here
  • By September 6th please upload your final onsite presentation slides here in PPT format

Please read through the below information to make sure you are prepared once you arrive onsite in Shanghai

Presentation Details

  • All presenters are limited to no more than 6 minutes and 10 slides each.
  • The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the competition at 10:30. Please plan to be in the room at this time and find out if you are the winner!

Upload your final pitch

  • September 6th- Upload your final onsite presentation slides here in PPT format
  • If you need to replace an already submitted file you may use this form again to upload the new file. The old file will then be replaced.
  • If you upload your presentation twice to the link please type VERSION 2 in the title

Stop at the "Speaker check-in room"

  • On Tuesday, September 10th please stop by the speaker check-in room to review your pitch.
  • Absolutely no changes can be made to your pitch after 17:00 on September 10th.
