Adam qualified as an accountant at KPMG within their Financial Services Audit practice, specialising in Insurance. He then moved to Aviva within their technical accounting and advisory team, acting as an internal specialist on Solvency II and insurance accounting. Following 6-months of paternity leave, Adam shifted focus towards Sustainability-related reporting and the development of internal policies and methodology to produce climate-related reporting. Adam is now the Head of Corporate Technical, with responsibility for Aviva’s external reporting policies across financial (IFRS), climate and other non-financial reporting.
