Max is an Associate Partner in ERM’s Sustainability & Climate Solutions team based in Edinburgh, UK, and the Global Co-Head for Climate Risk & Adaptation at ERM. Max also leads ERM’s service offering for Transition Planning.

Max has wide-ranging experience across the economy and has applied this knowledge to help client organisations to undertake climate change-related scenario analysis, to develop asset and company-level financial models of climate-related risks, and to develop robust and actionable transition plans. This approach closely follows the recommendations of the Transition Planning Taskforce. Max recently partnered with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development to write a primer designed to guide companies on their transition planning journey.
