Nicolas is a Partner in ERM’s London office who has spent nearly a decade working with global companies developing leading sustainability strategies and disclosures. He has experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects from goal-setting and trends analysis to stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments.

Nicolas worked at a number of influential sustainability strategy and communications consultancies in both London and Singapore before joining ERM through the acquisition of SustainAbility in 2019.

Since the EU Green Deal’s approval in 2020 he has been at the forefront of ERM’s work to help our key clients derive value from their regulatory transformation. In particular, this work has focused on the execution of materiality assessments and then the subsequent development of organisations strategies & operating models in line with these frameworks.

He is a regular contributor to the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership’s Masters in Sustainability Leadership, leading annual seminars on materiality assessments as a strategic and operational tool. He is fluent in English and French and is currently learning Italian.
