Since Jacob went to sea as an apprentice the focus has always been on learning the ropes of whatever you engage in. Today with nearly 30 years of experience both onboard and ashore in the maritime and energy sector, a professional sailing career later and with a Master Mariner and a Master in Maritime Law degree; Jacob ’s philosophy remains the same. Always push the envelope to new horizons.

Jacob is today heading the Gasum Maritime business with a clear vision of how to take the bunker industry to the next level where the environment and the customers are in focus. Gasum is spearheading the LNG and biogas bunker market in Northwest Europe and manages one of the biggest FuelEU commercial pools in the industry.
