KC has more than 30 years of senior leadership in building fast-growth technology companies while serving in various capacities including CEO and other senior executive positions.
Mr. Aly was the founder, Chairman and CEO of MicroDisk Services, a software services outsourcing company, which merged with a NASDAQ listed firm in 1991. He founded XactLabs, Inc. an online data management services business, and served as Executive Vice President for Softbank Content Services and Logistix Corporation (which acquired Softbank Content Services). He was a special limited partner with Zilkha Capital Management (now Sciens Capital Partners), a New York private equity firm before serving in several executive roles with a Zilkha portfolio company, Advanced Interactive Systems, Inc. (specializing in Defense and Homeland Security technologies).
He served on the board of directors of Nautilus Corporation (NYSE:NLS) through a period of tremendous growth. Mr. Aly directed government acquisitions for Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE:COL was acquired by Raytheon Technologies VIE:RTX). He also served as EVP, Corporate Development for the Location Technology Division of Comtech Telecommunications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMTL).
Mr. Aly has held Series 79 and 63 FINRA investment banking licenses (inactive) and served on the board of the Raleigh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (acg.org).
