Lucas represents Wärtsilä in Brazilian government working groups, including SGT 07 – Decarbonization and Carbon Footprint (Minister of Commerce) and GT05 – Sustainable Marine Fuels (Minister of Energy), contributing to national policies for low- and zero-carbon shipping. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern State University (USA) and an MBA in Engineering and Business Process Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
