My primary goal as Head of External Affairs is to build collaborative networks and relationships with global and regional government and industry bodies, interest groups and non-commercial sector contacts. This includes working with our local communities worldwide to raise awareness of the importance of global shipping and insurance.

I also oversee the NorthStandard Academy. As a best-in-class training and development programme designed to attract, nurture and develop talent, the Academy reflects our ambition to lead the way in marine insurance, while sharing our considerable experience and expertise.
I am NorthStandard’s point of liaison on all International Group matters.

I recently led IG engagement with international sanctions authorities on the Russian Oil Price Cap and sit on several IG committees and working groups.
