Paul Mazzarulli is the Americas Representative for The Baltic Exchange Ltd., an organization with 280 years of history as the center of commercial marine information.

His career goes back to the 1990s, with expertise that spans physical shipping markets, energy brokerage, legal analysis, forward freight agreements (FFAs), and numerous sectors of the commodity industry, including crude oil, electricity, renewable energy, biofuels, and project development in the maritime industry. With roots as a tanker broker and oil market analyst, he has held career-level positions at MJLF & Associates, PVM Oil Associates, Northeast Utilities, Sempra Energy Trading, Noble Americas, Evolution Markets, and Chemoil Corporation. He is a graduate of Connecticut College (BA, Hons.) and Pace University School of Law (JD).
