Peter Hadjipateras has worked in various roles within the maritime industry. Peter started their career at Eagle Ocean Transport Inc. as a Market Research Analyst from September 2012 to March 2014. Peter then joined Dorian LPG in April 2014 as a Corporate Development Analyst until March 2016. From April 2016 to December 2019, they served as a Corporate Development Manager at Dorian LPG. Following this, they became the Corporate Development & Fleet Efficiency Manager at Dorian LPG from January 2020 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of VP Performance & Technology at Dorian LPG, starting from June 2022.

Peter Hadjipateras attended Brunswick School from 1995 to 2008, where they earned their High School Diploma. In 2008, they enrolled at Georgetown University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth), graduating in 2012. In 2013, they took a Corporate Finance Course at NYU School of Professional Studies, followed by a Corporate Valuation and Financial Modeling program at Training the Street in 2014. In 2020, they completed a Practical Guide to Antifouling Management & ISO 19030 course at DNV GL Training. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA with a focus on Blue MBA, Shipping, and Logistics at Copenhagen Business School, expected to be completed in 2023.
