Shubpreet joined V.Group in 2022, bringing over 35 years of experience in the marine, oil, and gas industries.
He began his career with P&O, steadily advancing through the ranks to become a Master. His career then expanded into the oil and gas sector, where he gained extensive experience both onboard and in onshore roles. His onshore expertise includes managing new building projects and engaging in sale and purchase (S&P) shipbroking.
Since 2015, Shubpreet has held senior leadership positions in third-party ship management organizations, where he has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence.
In his current role at V.Ships, Shubpreet is responsible for overseeing ship management service delivery across offices in the UK, the Americas, and France. He also collaborates closely with V.Ships’ senior leadership team to develop and implement the company’s long-term strategy.
Shubpreet holds a Master’s Certificate of Competency, along with DP (Dynamic Positioning) qualifications, and an MBA dual degree in Shipping, Offshore, and Finance from Nanyang Business School, Singapore, and BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo.
