She joined the shipping industry in 2018 as a nutritionist and Medical Chest officer and has continually worked to improve the lives of seafarers through innovative welfare initiatives.

As the Associate General Manager of OneCare Group Ltd, a leading health and wellbeing platform for the maritime industry, Stella leads teams focused on delivering essential services, including medical supplies, training, mental health support, workplace wellbeing programs, and the PEME Quality Assurance Program, which is a key initiative ensuring high standards in seafarer medical examinations. Her work ensures that seafarers receive the healthcare, education, and support they need to thrive both at sea and ashore.

Stella actively promotes initiatives that elevate crew welfare, attending industry conferences and engaging with key stakeholders to drive improvements in seafarer wellbeing. Through her leadership, she continues to develop and implement solutions that address the evolving challenges of maritime life.
